Members of the Alert Hose Company persevered a hot and muggy summer day to participate in Pittsfield's July 4th Parade. Cole Gigliotti, grandson of member Andrew Gigliotti, rode the cart. The Alerts took home the Robert P Villanova Award for 1st place in the Best Appearing Fire Department category.
