Interesting article found after poking around online. An old North Adams Transcript, Adams Section account describing a tour of the newly finished construction of the Columbia St. fire station. Included are two very rough photos of the station and the apparatus present in 1960. One piece of interest is the pumper parked in the station. I do not have confirmation on the identity of this truck nor a picture of it, but I believe it to be a Mack Type E Open Pumper ordered in 1936.
